location of mill was in Swormsville, NY. We were able to acquire the mill
since the owner was very concerned about the building falling down. The
building was full of wood worm damage and rot. Word got around to us that the
mill was available to a good home. The Mill had sat untouched since the
original owners passing in the late 1960's. The wood worm had done a lot
of damage to the mill itself. Some of the following pictures show some of
the pieces that had to be completely replaced.

Everything ran good with just some oil and a little adjustment.
Log trestle just finished in time for Winter to set in.
The sawmill is up and running. Here is a picture from when we had it
operating during the 2005 Harvest Fest.
